The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive complex initiatives within our JAPAC Professional Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of consulting services programs and projects that align with overall business objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Program Leadership: Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
  • Project Governance: Establish program governance, structure, and best practices to maintain efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively while resolving issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and team members, to provide regular updates and drive decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards and scorecards to track progress and measure success.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize program management methodologies and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-project programs.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience in change management and driving business transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar.
  • PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
