The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive complex initiatives within our JAPAC Professional Services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of consulting services programs and projects that align with overall business objectives.
What you’ll do
- Program Leadership: Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
- Project Governance: Establish program governance, structure, and best practices to maintain efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively while resolving issues that may impact project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and team members, to provide regular updates and drive decision-making.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards and scorecards to track progress and measure success.
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize program management methodologies and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-project programs.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience in change management and driving business transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
