This is a permanent, full time position located in Community Bank Wallan. What you’ll bring to the role To succeed in this role, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We’d love you to have: Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targetsStrong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindsetConfidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phoneEagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank differentDrive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goalsExperience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential
