We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Belmont.

In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.
At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below:
Line A (38 hours)
Week 1:
Thursday: 7:00am - 9:30am (2.5 hours)
Friday: 3:00pm - 7:30pm (4.5 hours)
Monday: 7:00am - 9:00pm (2 hours)
Tuesday: 3pm –7:30pm (4.5 hours)
Wednesday: 7am – 5pm (10 hours)
Week 2:
Thursday: 3:00 - 7:30pm (4.5 hours)
Friday: 7:00pm - 9:00pm (2 hours)
Sunday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm (6 hours)
Monday: 7:00am – 9:00am (2 hours)
Line B (35 hours)
Week 1:
Friday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)
Monday: 7:00am - 9:15am (2.25 hours)
Tuesday: 2:45pm - 8:30pm (5.75 hours)
Week 2:
Thursday: 7:00am - 9:00am (2 hours)
Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm (10 hours)
Saturday: 3:00pm – 9:00pm (6 hours)
Tuesday: 7:00am – 9:00am (2 hours)
Wednesday: 5:00pm - 10:00pm (5 hours)

- Valid Victorian Driver's License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
