As a Financial Services Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to learn the relevant legislation & financial planning standards and industry practices, assist in the preparation of investment advice, support financial advisers with general client administration and processes, and much more!

Our Ballarat office located centrally on Anderson Street West is a short drive from the picturesque Lake Wendouree.

- Learn relevant regulations and provide procedural advice
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data
- Participating in client meetings and documenting key details.
- Providing support to financial advisers
- Conducting paralegal work such as performing legal research, drafting documents, organising case files, and assisting with administrative tasks to support legal professionals
- Strategic planning for clients to help them achieve their financial goals and secure their future
About You:
- You are currently studying towards or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Accounting, Economics with a Finance or Financial planning major
- Integrity is one of your core values, and you hold yourself and those you work with to a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect
- You are able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- You are a self-starter and a team player, and you can bring your unique skills and ideas to the table
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate and plan for future needs
- You possess a can-do attitude, resilience, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- You are capable of multitasking and continuously learning new skills on a daily basis.
