We are currently seeking passionate Graphic Designer with an eye for bold, impactful visualsto join our Marketing team in Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre!
This is your chance to bring the Nyaal Banyul brand to life! Reporting to our Digital Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our brand across every touchpoint. From concept to execution, you’ll be at the heart of crafting creative, brand-aligned assets that captivate every audience. Working closely with our Digital Designer and Brand and Content team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop exceptional brand-aligned experiences.
About Nyaal Banyul
Overlooking Corio Bay, Nyaal Banyul will be a place of gathering, learning, and celebration. Set to open in 2026, it will feature a 1,000-seat theatre and 3,700 sqm of flexible event space, making it ideal for events of all sizes. Designed in collaboration with Wadawurrung Traditional Owners, Nyaal Banyul weaves storytelling into its architecture, honouring its cultural and natural landscape.

About the role
- Work from concept to execution to deliver ideas against briefs for branded collateral
- Maintain brand guidelines and templates ensuring all design work is delivered to the highest standards
- Develop graphics for collateral, reports, new product launches, print and digital signage and marketing channels
- Think creatively to produce new ideas, concepts and provide creative solutions within agreed timelines
- Contribute to the organic social media content strategy with visual ideas
- Provide creative consultation with photography and video production
About you
- Technically proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Creative and passionate about all aspects of design and trends
- Possess strong conceptual, layout and typographical skills
- Strong ability to interpret a creative concept into engaging design across marketing channels
- Strong communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and outstanding organisational and planning skills
- Team focused approach
- Embraces change and continuous improvement
- Experience in photography, videography, motion graphics and digital design solutions highly desirable
