Grampians Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Clinical Director – General & Speciality Medicine & Continuing Care Services to provide clinical leadership, service development, and governance across a broad range of medical and continuing care services. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care while driving innovation, efficiency, and regional integration.
As a senior clinical leader, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance general and specialty medicine, sub-acute services, and oncology/haematology, ensuring services align with best practice, evolving healthcare needs, and Grampians Health’s strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee Medical & Continuing Care services, ensuring high-quality care delivery Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency Drive clinical governance, quality improvement, and workforce development Collaborate with hospital leadership, regional partners, and external stakeholders Support teaching, research, and clinical innovation in medical services Manage service integration, patient flow, and financial sustainability
