We have an opportunity for a Community Engagement Advisor to support engagement initiatives in our regulated electricity distribution business. In this role, you’ll:
- Support customers and communities experiencing planned and unplanned outages
- Engage with our major customers
- Help build our outreach program to lift community literacy and presence in community
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage issues and continuous improvement
- Support incident engagement practice and our response on major incidents
In this role you’ll help strengthen AusNet’s reputation by engaging with our customers and communities through the provision of right-fit and timely engagement.
With a 3/2 Hybrid split, this role is based out of Lilydale and is part of the Customer & Community Engagement team.
You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
- Familiarity with the energy sector or electricity distribution (advantageous)
- Experience in customer, community, or stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency working with electricity-related data systems/platforms (advantageous)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data interpretation, and stakeholder records management
