About The Centre
Thrive are thrilled to be opening a brand new, purpose built centre in Drysdale.
Our second in Victoria, we are looking for an experienced Centre Leader (Manager/Director) to be part of the opening of our 100 place centre.
Due to open in 2025, this is an exciting opportunity to build both a team and a centre from the ground up.
About The Role
As Centre Leader, you will be 100% off the floor to ensure our obligations under the National Quality Framework are met in line with the centre and organisation philosophy.
You will stay connected to other Thrive Centre Leaders who meet in our Sydney Support Office monthly to workshop ideas, learn with and from each other.
We recognise and reward your hard work and dedication in many ways including a bonus program which can see you earning up to 8% of base salary per annum.
Your key priorities will be to:
- Oversee the running of day-to-day operations across the centre.
- Guide a team of dedicated educators in the development and delivery of high-quality documentation and programming.
- Build strong relationships with both potential and existing children and families.
- Provide strong leadership and maintain educator engagement.
- Contribute to the development, articulation and alignment of the Vision, Mission and Values of Thrive.
- Drive the curriculum, 'Learning for Life' across all aspects of child development.
Your skills and qualifications should include:
- Either Bachelor of Teaching (or equivalent) or Diploma qualification in early childhood education.
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Strong knowledge of Kindm8 is highly desirable.
