We have a fantastic opportunity for a Membership Coordinator to join our Customer Department on a full-time basis, located at Caulfield Racecourse.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our members, ensure our members and customers have an enjoyable experience, build relationships, assist in membership operational functions as well as working across events and race days being amongst the action.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Delivering friendly and accurate customer service support to all members/customers, via inbound calls & emails.
- Processing renewals and new membership applications via phone, mail, and in-person.
- Offering the best experiences possible, resulting in maximum membership renewals and engaging a wider pool of potential members/customers.
- Working closely with the Events Team to coordinate and deliver membership events.
- Building and maintaining strong effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting in planning and delivering Membership Events.
- Providing support on ad-hoc administrative duties within the Membership team.
Skills & Experience
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to provide the highest level of service to all stakeholders
- Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience in customer service roles within the sports, events, or hospitality sectors (Desirable).
- Experience working with membership and loyalty programs (Desirable)
