We have an amazing opportunity for a talented Reporting Advisor to join our high performing and collaborative team.
The Reporting Advisor is responsible for timely and accurate reporting and data to support the P&C team, to mitigate any downstream people systems impact of the VIC/NSW CFC team members not being integrated with Kmart SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
What you’ll be doing:
• Provide timely and accurate reporting and data to the various P&C COE teams to ‘bridge the gap’ between the CFC payroll system and Kmart HRIS e.g. team member discount cards (new orders, terminations), service recognition, benefits platform.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting and data to supplement the P&C Reporting Team’s existing reporting suite e.g. monthly and annual people metrics reporting, engagement survey data.
• Work with each P&C COE team to understand their reporting and data needs, developing a detailed schedule and work instructions.
• Establish solutions for effective data manipulation and mapping between the different systems
• Support coordination and organisation of existing data and records for ease of reference as needed going forward.
To be successful in this team you will have:
• High proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. Pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas and advanced charting functions).
• Proficiency and experience in business intelligence systems preferred (Power BI highly regarded).
• Working knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors.
• Excellent numeracy and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and energetic.
• Customer focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, high volume, multi-task and prioritise.
