Your Role
The Services Coordinator is pivotal to ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your core responsibility will be the organisation, scheduling, and coordination of support workers to maintain consistent and high-quality support. You will contribute to the team’s success by:
- Coordinating and actioning client service requests and bookings in line with ATZ Care's policies and guidelines
- Provide Support Coordination Services to clients where required
- Monitoring client funding and renewal processes
- Allocating, coordinating, and deploying rosters in alignment with carer availability and client budgets
- Managing feedback, complaints, and incidents from clients and support workers
- Building strong relationships through regular communication with clients, support worker, families, and other stakeholders
- Monitor & answer new potential client enquiries regarding available service provision and pricing
- Handling calls and emails effectively and in a timely manner
This role is also responsible for providing direct client facing care where the roster requires from last minute shift changes etc., so your experience in this space is a must.

Requirements
To be considered in this role, we require you to hold:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or higher)
- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Aged Care (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate and CPR
- NDIS Workers Orientation (preferred)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current full Driver’s license
Competencies and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role – Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is highly desirable
- Previous experience supporting People with Disability and Home Care
- Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and organise own work / caseload.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
