About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Client Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of key parking facilities in Double Bay, working closely with our major client — a local government authority. You will manage service delivery, ensure safety standards, and handle high-level client communication, all while being supported by a dedicated 24/7 operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of parking site operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
- Conduct safety checks and property maintenance oversight.
- Act as the key contact for high-level client enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with the 24/7 call centre and on-site operational staff for escalations and resolutions.
- Lead by example and support the team on-site to meet service and performance standards.
- Contribute to financial oversight and reporting, ensuring operational performance aligns with business targets.
