This role is based in Macquarie Park very close to public transport links and once you are trained, you will be able to WFH 2 days per week.
About the role
Our client is looking for a motivated and friendly customer service representative. You will be the first point of contact for business to business customers, helping with orders and general enquiries while working closely with other departments in a varied and exciting role. This position is perfect for someone looking for the stability of a stable, long term role role in a respected and well-established company with a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in customer service or eager to learn with a positive and can-do attitude.
Duties
- Delivered outstanding customer service in an inbound call centre environment
- Maintained a strong rapport with customers and sales representatives
- Dealt effectively with challenging customers
- Providing frontline communication and support to external customers
- Responding to customer’s queries in a positive and professional manner
- Acting as a point of contract between Finance and site personnel
- Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
- High quantity of data entry, invoicing and processing orders
Skills & experience
- Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with client, supplier and on-site personnel
- Experience in SAP software is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
