About Your New RoleAs the Finance Business Partner, you will report directly to the CFO and provide crucial insights that support our supply chain and manufacturing strategies. Based at our Fairfield Manufacturing and Distribution Centre, you'll handle commercial planning and analytics, focusing on revenue, cost management, and investment analysis. Your role will involve timely forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and maintaining strong governance.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Provide commercial insights for planning P&L. Conduct performance-based financial reporting. Analyze business drivers for financial performance improvements.
* Budget & Planning Process: Collaborate on budgeting and planning processes. Drive improvements in forecasting and reporting quality.
* Reporting & Analysis: Optimize our financial reporting library. Manage key metrics and tailor reports for audiences.
* Team Support: Act as Finance Subject Matter Expert on major projects. Build relationships across teams to inform decision-making.
What We're Looking For:A collaborative team player with a positive approach to your work, along with the drive, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to turn numbers into positive results! You're a strategic thinker with a passion for finance and a knack for collaboration!
* Qualifications: Degree in Accounting; CA or CPA qualified (postgraduate study is a plus).
* Experience: 5+ years in finance, preferably in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, FMCG, orRetail.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in financial BI tools (Excel, TM1, ZAP) and Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a bonus (D365, Oracle, or SAP preferred).
