Description:
We are looking for a Solar Operations Scheduling Assistant to keep up with the increased demand of our Solar business. We are looking for a driven and ambitious solar professional who wants to work in a truly collaborative environment which will challenge you and assist you to achieve success and job satisfaction.
Establish and build relationships with new customers for our Commercial Division. Represent Harvey Norman with strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Promote Harvey Norman Commercial Solar through customer contact
- Liaise with installers and arrange delivery dates
- Confirming details on orders are correct with the customer
- Actively maintain a strong product knowledge
- Enter orders into great plains
- Claim STCs and arrange LGCs
- Arrange all approvals pre installation
- Arrange all parties to attend witness testing
- Follow company policy and procedure re; paperwork/customer files/uniforms
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Be involved with supplier training & conferences
The Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar capacity desired
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and a team player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
