Associate Technology Consultants provide technical support throughout a customer implementation.
As an Associate Technology Consultant, you will work with the deployment of our software on the Manhattan Active platform, a cloud native micro-services architecture operating on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work closely with the customer on integration design, as well as with R&D and internal Cloud Operations to achieve targeted system performance outcomes.
Who are you?
- A recent graduate in Engineering; Computer Science; Management Information Systems; or a related technical degree
- You possess exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
- You possess the ability to work both independently and, in a team,-oriented, collaborative environment
- You are self-motivated, industrious and can juggle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- You love solving problems
- You are proactive and a quick learner with a strong interest in learning new products and solutions
- You are prepared to travel up to 50% of your time to customer sites
- You have developed a executable project in programming language.
Additional experience is a plus:
- Exposure to microservices, Jira, RMQ, Postman, Jenkins, Stash is a big plus.
- Usage and understanding of performance monitoring tools.
- Backend and Programming Languages like C++, JAVA, or Python.
- The basics of RESTful web services will be great.
- Understanding of identity providers will be an add on.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment
