Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and clarify application requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical support and solutions to resolve application-related issues for clients and end-users.
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of applications to ensure they meet performance and usability standards.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to maximize application usage and effectiveness.
- Evaluate application performance and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
- Document processes and create user manuals and training materials to assist users in navigating the applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in application technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Application Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of application development technologies and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Git, JIRA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in providing end-user training and support is a plus.
