Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure solutions according to best practices.
- Implement security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data stored in AWS.
- Automate deployment and management tasks using Infrastructure as Code tools, such as CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Monitor AWS resources and applications to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into cloud architecture solutions.
- Stay up to date with AWS services and features to recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Provide technical support for development teams in leveraging AWS services effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AWS Engineer or in a similar cloud-related role.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, and IAM.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, are a significant plus.
