Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and optimize Planview solutions to meet clients’ project management needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes for effective implementation.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they maximize the use of Planview functionalities.
- Analyze project and portfolio data to provide insights and recommendations for improved resource management.
- Conduct system testing and validation of configurations to ensure quality and functionality.
- Stay updated with Planview best practices, features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
- Document user guides, processes, and configuration details for ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SaaS Functional Consultant, particularly with Planview solutions.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in configuring and supporting Planview and its various modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant certifications in Project Management or Planview are a plus.
