About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Chef to join the team at Dubbo RSL Club Group, a vibrant and dynamic organisation located in Dubbo, NSW. This is a full-time role, providing you the chance to launch your career in the hospitality industry and develop your culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a wide range of high-quality dishes for the club's restaurant and function menus
- Follow recipes and kitchen procedures to ensure consistent, delicious and visually appealing meals
- Maintain a clean and well-organised work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Participate in training programs and work closely with senior chefs to expand your culinary knowledge and techniques
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and assist with menu planning
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for all guests

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
