We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated hospitality professional to fill the position of Gaming Supervisor within our organisation. If you are passionate on delivering exceptional customer service, want the ability to develop professionally in a collaborative and supportive environment, this position is for you.

Experience:

Experience in the customer service industry in a Supervisory role

Previous experience in the NSW Club Industry preferred but not essential.

Ability to demonstrate management qualities in training and motivating a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Willing to learn and work across all business streams of Commercial Club Albury, The Albury Commercial Golf Club and the Albury Brew House

Oversea daily Gaming operations including, clearances, opening and closing procedures.

Ensure compliance with all licensing and gaming regulations

Ensure employees follow work policies and procedures to standard

Perform first line of performance management.

Problem solving

Training of new staff.

Report on customer related incidents

About you.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven oral and written communication skills including computer literacy.

Knowledge of Electronic Gaming Machines, TAB and Keno operations

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and positive attitude

Able towork on a rotating roster including nights and weekends

Qualifications:

High School Certificate (or equivalent)

Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant discipline or previous experience preferred

Current NSW RSA and RCG competency card

Knowledge of :- NSW Registered and Licensed Club Act, Liquor Act
