Rydges Armidale is currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Hospitality superstars to join our team in the following casual roles:
Casual Food & Beverage (F&B) Attendant
- Provide excellent customer service in our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of dining and service areas.
- Must have a valid NSW RSA Certificate
Casual Housekeeping Room Attendant
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, vacuum carpets, dust, and restock amenities as needed.
- Ensure rooms are ready for guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Casual Front Office Staff
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle reservations, guest requests, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Prior experience using Opera Highly desirable
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while handling guest inquiries.
Key Requirements for All Roles:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mentality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with hours, including weekends and public holidays.
