Nude Lucy is looking for Managers to join the team at our Kotara Store!
Nude Lucy is on the lookout for a passionate experienced Mangers to lead the amazing team at our store in Kotara!

- Sunday - Thursday Roster
- Lead by example to set management expectations across your team
- Manage in-store employee relations such as grievances and performance management
- Train, mentor, and coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
- Problem solving & ability to provide solutions
- Produce and analyse required financial reports - i.e. Payroll reports
- Roster Management & Approvals
- Manage team ( Shop Floor & Back of House ) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
- Demonstrate a duty of care to team members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy & fit for work
- Ensure that all tasks that are completed by team members are in a safe manner in accordance with the Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all team member
