As we expand, we are seeking an administration assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

The Role

As a personal assistant you will have the opportunity to provide vital administrative support to our director and the team in general. You will find that you will work alongside the Director being involved in day-to-day business decisions and execute actions for them. We see this as a sort after role with flexible working conditions along with generous leave and development opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive diary and email management on behalf of the Director
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and managing meetings and appointments.
  • Office coordination including organising maintenance, service providers, and utility management; along with team planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations.
  • Data Entry and Masterfile updates along with key stakeholder management.
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport and accommodation for staff across the organisation.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Ideally previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant.
  • Willingness to work in fast paced industry (finance) and with Senior level executives at times.
  • Exceptional organisational, discretion and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and written skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while anticipating needs.
  • No tertiary education is required however an understanding of the finance/business industry is ideal.
