Norco AgriSolutions is the agribusiness division of Norco, a 100% Australian, farmer-owned Dairy Co-Operative. We support farmers and rural communities by supplying high-quality livestock feed, animal health products, crop inputs, and agronomic solutions. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with farmers and agribusinesses.
- Provide expert advice on livestock nutrition and production systems for the dairy, beef, pig, and poultry industries.
- Identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
- Deliver tailored solutions to meet customers' needs and support their success.
- Manage key accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Contribute valuable market insights to assist with operational decisions and procurement strategies.
- Promote new products and innovations to improve farm productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and best practices to foster a culture of safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in agricultural sales, livestock nutrition, or production systems.
- A passion for helping farmers succeed through expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
- A C Class driver’s license (minimum) for regional travel.
