Description:
As Customer Service Advisor at Kaputar Ford Narrabri you will be ;
- taking phone calls to book vehicles in for service and repairs
- handling counter enquiries for service and repairs
- Scheduling bookings ( Repair Orders) on a computer system
- Allocating Repair Orders ( R/Os') to technicians
- Closing R/Os' into an invoice, and
- Invoicing and handing repaired vehicles back to customers
As a front counter advisor you will assist and be assisted by the ; Workshop Foreman, Service Manager, Parts Manager and Warranty Manager. Working as a team
