The Maitland Laboratory forms part of the Public pathology network and consists of approximately 20 staff of varying grades. The New Maitland Hospital in Metford opened its doors in January 2022. This modern, purpose-built laboratory has space for future growth and beautiful views. Being part of a growing community, but still close to Newcastle, will see the area grow and expand and provide exciting opportunities within the laboratory space. The friendly Maitland team is supportive, embraces change, and above all, sets high standards for themselves and the team.
