Description:
As a Business Development Representative , you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting KCLEAN’s range of cleaning services and products. You will play a key role in driving our growth in Albury while also having the opportunity to travel to Sydney for networking and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Acquisition – Identify and reach out to potential clients, presenting KCLEAN’s services and products to businesses in various industries.
- Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research & Strategy – Analyze the Albury market, identify opportunities, and create strategies to expand KCLEAN’s presence.
- Networking & Business Travel – Attend industry events, meet with key stakeholders, and travel to Sydney as needed for business development.
- Proposal & Contract Management – Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in cleaning, facility management, or B2B sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.
- Willingness to travel to Sydney for business development as required.
