About the role

Managing, strategising and implementing all change management activities as well as learning and development activities to implement and lead change management and adoption for Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program across the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
Working in close collaboration with NSW eHealth team, clinicians, management and staff to consolidate the major patient administration systems and electronic medical record systems to a single state-wide instance.
