McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the thorough cleaning and turnaround of poultry sheds to maintain the highest biosecurity and hygiene standards.
- Assist with the placement, relocation, vaccination, and depopulation of birds while ensuring compliance with welfare protocols.
- Ensure all team members are well-trained, compliant with safety protocols, and working effectively.
- Maintain accurate records, oversee chemical usage, and conduct inspections to uphold company standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Practical skills in high-pressure cleaning and equipment operation.
- Understanding of biosecurity, animal welfare, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Working at heights & competency in small plant + machinery is desired but not essential.
