McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to :
- Regular mowing of all grassed areas.
- Regular precise spraying of areas to control vegetation.
- Establishing new plants and maintaining existing garden beds and trees.
- Establishing and maintaining irrigation systems.
- Maintaining of equipment and vehicles.
- Operating machinery if licenced.
- Other duties as required including pest control and shifting of livestock.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current valid drivers’ licence.
- HR licence and slasher/tractor experience desirable but not essential.
- Be prepared to work as part of a team but be able to work autonomously when required.
- Strong inter-personal skills, able to work co-operatively with internal and external contacts.
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety, biosecurity and operational requirements.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated.
