Role 1 - BDM Assistant / Routines Officer – Inner North $60,000 + Super (Entry Level)

• Support the Business Development team and conduct routine inspections.
• Ideal for those looking to develop skills in property management or sales.
• Clear career path to become a BDM or Property Manager.

Role 2 - Senior Property Manager – Inner North $90,000 + Super

• Manage a portfolio of 160 properties with full admin and out-of-office support.
• Great role for experienced PMs looking for a well-structured team environment.
• Work with a collaborative and professional team.

Role 3- Leasing Officer – Inner North $65,000 – $70,000 + Super

• Oversee leasing processes, conduct property inspections, and manage tenant inquiries.
• Perfect for those wanting to gain experience in property management.
• Excellent entry point into a long-term real estate career.

Role 4 - Property Manager – East Brisbane $90,000 + Super

• Work within a team managing 600 properties, with three other PMs supporting the portfolio.
• Flexibility to adjust property allocations based on experience level.
• Strong team environment with room for growth.

Role 5 - Property Manager – Paddington Brisbane $90,000 + Super (OTE up to $140,000)

• After 3 months probation, transition to a portfolio remuneration salary.
• Manage 170 properties, with the potential to earn up to $140,000 OTE.
• Experience in new business highly regarded.

Role 6 - Senior Property Manager – East Brisbane Salary Based on Experience

• Manage 150 properties in a highly sought-after area.
• Ideal for experienced property managers looking for autonomy and career progression.
• Competitive salary with long-term growth opportunities.
