About the Role

We have an exciting role for a Partnerships Team Leader within our North Injuries team. This role will be based in our Brisbane office on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Supervising Principal, the position will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional relations with internal and external stakeholders, including Referral Partners. Your primary responsibilities will include providing high-quality administrative support, team leadership and leader support, ensuring the smooth operation of partnerships across the Injuries North division, and continuously improving capabilities and performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Unions, Health and Professional Referral Partners
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and build capabilities.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Supervising Principal, including arranging meetings, preparing documents, travel, expenses and coordinating events.
  • Oversee practice management and administration tasks, such as maintaining financial oversight, managing team communication, and ensuring compliance with MB policies.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to provide insights regarding Partnership activities
  • Act as an ambassador for MB, promoting our services and values in all interactions.

The Experience We Are Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in administration and people management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer and digital literacy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, staying calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, sharing knowledge and seeking guidance when needed.
  • The ability to manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate events, and provide operational support.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop plans to resolve them.
