Do you want to be part of an exciting team? We’re on the hunt for tech-savvy Online Sales Assistant to join our Online Sales team at our Online Hub in Molendinar, QLD as a Casual Online Sales Assistant R47976 .
So, what are we looking for? You’re the type of person who thinks “I’ll just Google it…” and knows a thing or two about Collectables, Electronics, Fashion or Jewellery. With new items listed every day - no day is the same at our Online Hub. Here’s some of the things you can expect to do in this role:
-
Write detailed and accurate listing descriptions, meeting set daily targets.
-
Upload listings to the Online Sales platform (relevant training provided).
-
Photograph items, including merchandising, to make sure each item looks it’s best.
-
Assist with dispatch – we need to make sure each item we sell reaches the buyer in one piece!

Check-in stock when it arrives at the Online Hub, including shelving and storage, and conduct stock counts as required.
-
Keep a close eye out for items that you think would sell well online.

-
You can be relied on to get stuff done. You’re not afraid of meeting targets and prioritise tasks to get the job done.
-
You’re a team player. You’ll ask someone if you’re not sure of the answer and always give a hand if someone needs help.
-
You feel more at home using a computer than you do holding a pen. You’ve had plenty of experience using Microsoft Office and often trawl the internet.
-
You’re familiar with eBay and have experience creating listings yourself.
-
You’ve got a special interest or expertise in one of these areas: Antiques and Collectables, Electronics, Fashion or Jewellery.
