We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and nurturing Pre Prep Assistant to join our Pre Prep Centre.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The All Saints Pre Prep Centre is the beginning year of All Saints Anglican School. Our Centre caters for 75 students across 3 classes, offering a full time and part time program. The All Saints Pre Prep program is developed from the Queensland Kindergarten Learning guidelines and aligned by the National Early Years Learning Framework: 'Belonging Being Becoming'.
As a Pre Prep Assistant you will work alongside the Pre Prep Teacher to support the delivery of our high-quality kindergarten program.
This is a part time position, working 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday) during school terms, with the potential for additional casual work.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum Certificate III Early Childhood Education (essential) a Diploma qualification would be an advantage.
- Familiarity of the National Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines.
- Previous experience in similar role.
- A high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
- Friendly and engaging manner.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with staff, parents and children.
- Current First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management certificates.
- A current Positive Notice Blue Card.
