What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Leading and motivating a high-performing team with a strong customer service focus
- Managing food and beverage operations, from front-of-house service to kitchen coordination
- Driving gaming performance with an up-to-date understanding of TITO, MyCash, and player loyalty programs
- Ensuring compliance with QLD licensing regulations and industry best practices
- Maximising profitability through cost-effective rostering (via Tanda), stock control, and KPI management
Delivering ongoing staff training and development to uphold service excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3+ years of management experience in a similar hospitality venue
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- A passion for creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests and staff alike
- Advanced knowledge of gaming trends, player engagement strategies, and industry compliance
- Ability to balance hands-on service with strategic business management
- Experience in rostering, budgeting, and operational efficiency
Current RMLV, Approved Manager’s License, First Aid, RSG certification
