Join our dynamic team at Natgroup as a part-time Property Management Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our residential leasing and property management operations. Based in Helensvale, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a thriving local real estate market.
Requirements:
- MUST hold a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or higher
- MUST hold a valid driver's license
- Previous experience in real estate or sales administration
What you'll be doing:
- Opening and closing of office
- Answering incoming calls & greeting people at reception.
- Folding Letters
- Scanning paper files and saving to server
- Updating, uploading properties for rent or sale on our CRM
- Process rental applications and contact tenants if more paperwork, items are needed
- Perform Rental Open Homes
- Perform Routine inspections
- Leasing & Sale enquiry call backs to setup appointments
- Conduct overflow of any buyer appointments in sales.
- Process Appraisal folders
- Assisting with maintenance management
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry
- Assist in keeping office clean
Days:
- Choice of 2 days per week
- Time can be flexible, office hours are 9am to 5pm.
