The Role
Are you a thoughtful, enthusiastic, people-focused individual with a passion for the hospitality industry and a budding interest in all things People and Culture? If so, this might be the perfect fit for you! We are looking for a dynamic and caring team player to join us. You will contribute to shaping the culture by supporting essential workforce functions, such as employee onboarding, training, compliance, engagement, and assisting with other administrative tasks within the Crystalbrook Cairns team.
About You
You could be just who we are looking for if you can bring most (or all!) of the following to the table:
A genuine passion for building a career in People and Culture (or Human Resources as sometimes known) Current enrolment in or prior studies related to the professionExceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detailEmpathy and the ability to connect with people from all walks of lifeStrong computer literacy and administrative skillsA trustworthy instinct and a solid moral compassAdaptability and a proactive attitude when facing challenges
Important Note
We are only accepting applications from candidates who are eligible to work in Australia as we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Applicants holding short-term visas must commit to a minimum of 6 months.
This role is part time, 3 days per week.
