The Opportunity: Lead Educator

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 days per week
• Hours: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
• Location: Flinders View
• Compensation: Up to $34 per hour + super

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead your team in creating and delivering an educational program fostering children’s learning and development.
• Prioritize children’s health and safety.
• Engage in joyful, educational activities, inspiring a love for learning.
• Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.

Qualifications:

• Sense of humour, strong work ethic, and reliability.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
• Current Qld Blue Card.
• Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

Our Centre: Winston Glades Early Education Centre is located in Flinders View, a suburb in Ipswich near Winston Glades Shopping Complex. The centre has been rated as an Exceeding Centre by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority. We are passionate about teaching sustainability, instilling the knowledge and values that help support sustainable environments and offer a great variety of programs such as bush and farm kindy, PMP and music programs.
