The Role
As a Mill Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety at all timesOperating plant and machinery as requiredOperating a forkliftPerforming general process work to meet daily production and quality goalsAdhering to all work instructions, policies, and proceduresEnsuring general cleanliness of the workplace
You Will Have
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)A strong commitment to safety and quality standardsGood communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamFlexibility to work shifts, including overtime, when requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilitiesA current Driver's LicenceA current Forklift Licence (preferred, but not mandatory)Physical fitness to perform manual and repetitive tasksReliability and motivation to contribute to team success
