We are looking for a litigation or construction lawyer who is excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our offices but without a 12-hour working day expectation.

The successful candidate will work with an experienced litigation and construction team led by one of Toowoomba’s most highly respected litigation and construction lawyers and Director, Harrison Humphries. Harrison has built his team's reputation on quality, attention to detail and approachability, which ensures repeat work. About you!
We are looking for someone who ideally has 1 - 6 years post-admission experience in litigation or construction work, and would be particularly interested in someone with construction law experience.
While the diverse nature of our firm means you will likely be exposed to other areas of law, we are particularly looking for candidates who know their future lies in either or both of these areas.
Professional integrity and legal skills are of course expected, but we are also looking for someone who has a can-do attitude focussed on keeping clients happy and meeting tight deadlines.
We won’t expect you to win work on the first day, but we are looking for someone with an interest in building their personal network and contributing to our marketing efforts, which may include writing legal alerts, attending events, networking and presenting seminars. Individuals with an established client base are encouraged to apply.
