The Murgon Services Club is currently seeking an Assistant Manager —an experienced and dynamic professional to help oversee and assist in the management of our thriving Club. With a large and vibrant membership base, we offer a range of attractions, including gaming, dining, a sports bar, and a large function room—all supported by our dedicated and professional staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate staff with a hands-on approach
- Manage rostering, staff training, and stock control
- Oversee marketing and promotions to enhance the Club’s offerings
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Foster a community-friendly, positive environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer literate, with experience in MYOB & Wildcat preferred
- RSA, RSG, RMLV certification, and Queensland Approved Management License (or willingness to obtain)
- Energetic, flexible, and results-driven
Availability:
- Weekend and evening work required
