We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to complete a fully funded Certificate III in Legal Services while gaining hands-on experience as a Receptionist and providing Administration Support in our Toowoomba office.

The position:
Our support team are passionate about always delivering the highest quality of client care and are ultimately responsible for keeping our offices running like well-oiled machines.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of telephone calls, receiving and announcing visitors to the office, managing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring access to kitchen and office supplies, completing hard-copy and electronic filing, and liaising with new client enquiries.
While working with us, you will be enrolled in the Certificate III in Legal Services, giving you not only practical training, but the support of online training in the legal industry.
We require candidates to be available to work from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
