About the Role:
As a Composites Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the composites sector. You’ll work closely with clients in fibreglass manufacturing, marine, automotive, and construction industries, providing technical expertise and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing composites customers.
Develop new business opportunities within key industries.
Promote and sell composite materials such as resins, fibreglass, adhesives, and coatings.
Provide technical product support and training to customers.
Work closely with marketing & technical teams to support product innovation.
Achieve sales targets & KPIs, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
Track market trends & competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports to ensure business growth strategies are met.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in technical sales/account management, preferably in composites, fibreglass, or coatings.
✔️ Strong industry knowledge – experience with resins, composites, adhesives, or related materials preferred.
✔️ Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive business growth.
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
✔️ Results-driven with a high level of self-motivation.
✔️ Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
✔️ Valid driver’s license (for customer visits and travel).
