About the Role
Seeking Farm Hands to join one of Australia's largest avocado growers, specialising in fresh avocado, mango and food service products.
We have permanent Farm Hand positions on offer at our avocado and mango farm LOCATED IN CORDALBA and are flexible with a start date.
Essential Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated commitment to safety first culture
- Current tractor/machine operating experience
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- ChemCert ticket or willingness to obtain
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
Highly Desired requirements:
- Recent agriculture experience
- Irrigation experience
- Have used or are willing to use farm management software

What You Should Know About Our Operations
Our business is widespread, growing walnuts and almonds in the Riverina Region in New South Wales, pecans in Moree and macadamias, avocados and mangoes in Bundaberg, Queensland.
Off the paddock, we operate nut processing and packing facilities in Leeton, Toowoomba and Bundaberg as well as fruit packing and processing in Bundaberg. In addition, our shared services teams (Finance, Sales, ESG, Safety and People & Culture) are located across all of our sites as well as the Brisbane, Melbourne and Griffith offices.
