What You’ll Do:
- Source and analyse property-related data (including ABS and other commercial sources)
- Deliver research outputs that form the basis of our standard REXI reporting suite of products
- Present your outputs and analysis to the internal team and contribute to workshop sessions
- Prepare output fit for inclusion in reports and presentations for senior client stakeholders
- Execute the transition to AI solution (with project management support).
- Set up appropriate database systems and execute the transfer of existing historical data
- Maintain databases ongoing
- Regularly monitor the property market to extract and analyse new and updated data sources to ensure our research services remains current, relevant and insightful
- Produce adhoc research outputs to assist with client projects, new product development, business marketing, and other internal projects as they arise.
- Document research methods and data sources used, to ensure processes and outputs are repeatable.
Key attributes for success include:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, property or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with relevant experience in market research and geo mapping
- Strong understanding of the property industry and the developer sector in particular
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to convey complex data insights.
- Hands-on, organised self-starter with a passion for using data to tell a story.

Additional Information:
This is a varied, fast-paced 5-day per week role based at our Gold Coast office with limited flexibility to WFH.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the property development industry, and who are Gold Coast based.
