At Tigerlamb we are looking for stylists for our beautiful West End Salon.
We aren't necessarily just looking for only super talented rock stars, but hairdressers with an interest in committing to be a staple, contributing part of a team. If you think you are the lords gift to the Hair world…Fab! If you don't also Fab!! We just want you to want to be part of a team of care and stability.
We are an intimate group of four gorgeous boutique shops excited to offer opportunities to those who are up to embracing a culture of kindness.
Our Aim: is to be creative, respectful, happy and have fun, in bright and practical environments where we concentrate on doing beautiful healthy hair.
Be part of a bigger picture? Got needs? Tigerlamb has its own artistic team which feeds the souls of the super creatives. Fashion shows, Fashion festivals, parades, photo shoots, Hair Artist back-up show work and training opportunities are all also part of the Tigerlamb games .
Dont care about the Razza-daz? Thats ok :) Running a column of regular clients with apprentice back up is what we do.
No Clientelle?: Perfect! We don't request that. We have quality customers ready and waiting for you.
Flexibility : Yep! We keep it real and help you live your life at the same time.. Take every second saturday off.
Not confident? Thats ok! We specialize in solid transition training and we have the AHIA award for best salon training. We can help! :)

We are seeking:
- For you to be fully qualified and confident in cutting or colour work or both, with a minimum of a cert III industry qualification.
- That your skill and customer service level can hold and retain an A- grade clientelle
- That you are willing to support your team.
- That you have a dedicated work ethic. That you have a commitment to your position.
- It is essential that you will need the desire to connect, support and work in with a team. We do things together and support each other to make the days as fun and seamless as possible.
- That you desire a positive reputation!
- That you have a solid understanding of customer service
- A bright attitude and a love of supporting and interacting with fellow humans.
- A willingness to be nurtured, learn and reach your personal and creative potential.
- That you are well groomed and presentable.
- That you speak Fluent clear English and are an Australian resident or holding permanent residency.
