Duties

Provide insights into education, children and families, youth justice and business performance through analysis and reporting in a contemporary business intelligence environment, together with supporting clients in relation to data management and defining and monitoring of key performance metrics to facilitate the organisation’s shift to a data driven decision making mindset using a range of sources including from student information systems, assessments, and surveys.

Period of Appointment

ASAP for 24 months

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

73.5 hours per fortnight

Essential Requirements

  • Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)

Desirable Requirements

  • A Degree or tertiary qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline is desirable.
  • Experience in SQL, Microsoft Power BI and contemporary programming languages such as Python or R.
