Your Role
As a Sales/Customer Care Agent, you will be a key player in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to exceed targets and offer top-notch service to our clients, all while working in a supportive and fast-paced team environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service over the phone and via email. You will play a crucial role in scheduling appointments, supporting technicians, and ensuring that our customers receive the best experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and sales reporting.
- Exceed sales targets through inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling – all leads are warm).
- Sell our exclusive plans to both new and existing customers.
- Handle renewals at the time of service anniversaries.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Managing customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Booking and confirming pest control services and appointments
- Handling payment processing and maintaining accurate customer records
- Coordinating efficiently with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
- Performing general administrative duties to support the office team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team.
- Excellent communication skills – a super outgoing personality is a plus!
- Experience in customer service and sales (telesales experience is preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Commitment to full-time hours
- Drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
