We’re looking for a Training Officer to join the Operations Capability team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll be part of a team delivering high-quality training and development programs for Operations.

As a Training Officer, you won’t just facilitate training—you’ll play a key role in shaping learning opportunities that equip our employees with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to deliver an exceptional member experience.

We're seeking someone who brings:

  • Confidence in facilitating learning and development programs for both new and existing employees.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to adapt communication to different learning styles.
  • A collaborative approach, working with the Capability Team to assess training needs and develop solutions that bridge skill gaps.
  • Knowledge of training and development best practices— and/or experience in a customer service or sales environment is highly desirable.
  • An understanding of business operations, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload effectively.
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to receive feedback and implement improvements.
  • Experience (or desire to gaining knowledge) in developing and reviewing training materials and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
